• Payment terms and schedule
• Change order procedures
• Warranty information
• Liability and insurance provisions

5. Licensing and Compliance

Mass ADU maintains all necessary licenses and certifications required by Massachusetts law. All work performed complies with:

• Environmental regulations
• Safety standards

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals as specified in project agreements.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of consultation
• Design fees typically require 50% deposit with remainder due upon completion
• Construction projects follow milestone-based payment schedules
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law

7. Disclaimer
